No contract will subsist between you and STAR TV accepts your order by e-mail and subsequently executes a formal written contract with you and both STAR TV and you are in possession of a signed hard copy of the contract. For the avoidance of doubt , any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Mumbai, India .
